I'm sure there are lots of qualifications for certain jobs. A lot of high level government jobs seem to have no qualifications whatsoever. Along that same line, many of those positions are being filled by appointees that have the exact opposite skillset and qualifications needed to effectively do their jobs. Some skills you could pick up "on the job" it would seem, but even that isn't happening.
Oh well, I hope to see change. I hope to make change.
