Shadow's Puppet Video

Shadow's Puppet video came as a result of the Covid Curse. This "Shelter-in-Place Quarantine Project" evolved after I had made some stop-motion/green-screen scenes for Micaville Music's BobFest 2020.

I've learned as the project progressed. I have a borrowed camera body, a borrowed lens, and a borrowed table. I started with a tripod leaning precariously over a table. I built a rack above the table for a safer mount for the camera and also to mount lights. Desk lamps and fluorescent lights from every angle still left shadows, but I luckily found a setup of studio lights at a good price.

I have a very workable and efficient studio now, other than my laptop taking six hours to render a 4-minute video. Good grief.

This project is done! I have some work to do on a Micaville Music event coming up, but I am already starting the next project of video for songs from my CD, I Ain't Stayin'. What would you like to see next, "Bring the Rain”?

Shadow's Puppet

Controlled by shadows,

Darkness dictates direction.

Banished from the light.

Peace, Y'all!
