There seemed to be some big deal this week about a whole bunch of people lying on the White House lawn. Then there was more lying on the White House lawn. Guest were brought in to watch the lying. Special persons were invited to participate in the lying on the White House lawn. I don't know what all that was about. It's just more of this whirlwind of craziness, (shit storm.)
I think it's a big deal that Citizens of the United States get to vote. (Yes, people in Puerto Rico are U.S. Citizens.) We are given a responsibility to carefully choose who our leaders will be, at all levels. I feel that the "carefully" part is very important. This process deserves diligence. It is a civic duty, but it is one that everyone can participate in. I believe in America. I believe in you. I believe in US.
I'm not going to vote against anyone, tho' reason abound. Simplicity. I will vote for: Honesty, Integrity, Trust,...get past those three filters and the choices are few. Single issue voting, is narrow vision and lazy. Every bit of the persons voted for will sit in their elected office, not just the one or few bits that someone likes.
